The Philippines is at the top of every diver's list for a scuba diving vacation. Recognized as one of the world's top places for marine biodiversity, there are many diving locations around this archipelago and sometimes it can be difficult to know where to start. Here, we list the top four diving locations in the Philippines and what makes each hot spot special.

    Looking for sharks, whales and manta rays? Tubbataha Reefs National Park in the middle of the Sulu Sea is the dive for you. This UNESCO World Heritage site located in Cagayancillo, Palawan is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts as it's the only marine heritage site in all of Southeast Asia.
